The all-suite Radisson Plaza Mississauga Hotel offers the best of both worlds, with easy access to the bustling city of Toronto and a quiet location close to the Hershey Centre. Hotel amenities include a Business Centre, Fitness Centre and heated indoor pool and complimentary high-speed Internet access. This all-suite hotel features exceptionally spacious, appointed rooms with over 400 square feet. Each of rooms has a warm fireplace, complimentary high-speed, wireless Internet, local calls and bottled water upon arrival. Many also feature Sleep Number® beds.

Experience casual dining in Victorian style at the Regent, the hotel's restaurant. For live entertainment, visit the Regal Lounge and enjoy cocktails and a lighter dining menu. The dining options at our Mississauga hotel are perfect for casual meals.

 

Terms and Conditions

Payment Schedule:

  • Nonrefundable deposit of $400 per person is required with your completed application.
  • Final payment is due by June 28, 2011.

Form of Payment: Check, wire transfer or credit cards (mastercard or visa only). Credit card charges will be accepted by phone or online to fulfill non-refundable deposit requirement. Final payment will be processed upon submission of a completed Gate 1 Travel Credit Card Form . Third-party credit cards are not acceptable. All payments made within 30 days of departure must be in the form of a certified check, wire transfer, or credit card. Payments made by wire transfer must include an additional $25 wire transfer fee. There is a $30 fee for returned checks.

Late Payment: If there is any outstanding balance by the final payment due date listed on your invoice, all travel services will be subject to automatic cancellation.

Cancellation Policy:
Up to 121 days prior to departure:  $400 per person
120 to 91 days prior to departure: 75% penalty
90 days or less prior to departure: 100% penalty

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance to protect you against the cancellation fees and/or possible costs you may incur if you are forced to cancel or interrupt your vacation due to unforeseen covered reasons beyond your control.

Passports:  Non U.S. citizens should check with their respective government agencies or consulates regarding requirements for additional documentation.

Responsibility: Adler Travel and its employees and representatives act only as independent contractors acting on behalf of neither the customer nor the suppliers and principals. All exchange orders, coupons, and tickets, whether paper or electronic, are issued subject to the terms and conditions under which such means of transportation, accommodations, and other services are offered or provided. The issuance and acceptance of such documents shall be deemed to be consent to the further conditions. Adler Travel does not own nor operate the hotels, motor coaches, airlines or any other service providers which compose their tours, and will not be held responsible for changes and/or cancellations for any reason by airlines, hotels or other service providers.

Adler Travel and its employees and representatives shall not be in any way liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity in any vehicle, or through the act of default of any company, or person engaged in conveying passengers, or of any hotel proprietor, personnel, servant or any other person otherwise in connection therewith. Adler Travel shall not be held responsible for potential risks and hazards associated with travel to any destinations, where injury, delay, or unanticipated events may occur. Adler Travel shall not be held responsible for accidents, damage, baggage losses and/or delays due to weather, strikes, acts of God, acts of governments or authorities, wars, criminal acts committed by third parties, hostilities, civil disturbances, riots, defects of vehicles or breakdown in equipment, or to the fault or default of any company used for carrying out any of these travel services. Adler Travel shall not assume responsibility for standards of quality, hygiene, political stability, cuisine, sanitation facilities, diseases or viruses contracted while traveling for any cause, cleanliness, telecommunications facilities, methods of conducting business, emergency medical evacuation, treatment, or medical services found in these destinations. Travel to these areas may entail risks including but not limited to the hazards of traveling in politically unstable areas, civil disturbances, war, and arbitrary changes mandated by government authorities or private concerns. It is the responsibility of the passenger(s) to check with the U.S. State Department, Consular Information, for any current advisories and updates to the destinations on their itinerary. Adler Travel shall be held harmless from any and all liability in connection with the foregoing. Adler Travel cannot accept responsibility for loss or expense due to delay or changes in transportation schedule or other causes. Adler Travel shall not be held responsible for potential loss of services due to inclement weather conditions.

It is agreed that any and all disputes and matters whatsoever arising under, in connection with or incident to these Terms and Conditions, to the brochure, to the website, or any other information relating in any way to the trip, or to the trip itself, shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration according to the then existing rules of the American Arbitration Association in Connecticut. Such proceedings will be governed by substantive Connecticut State Law. Any suit to recover on any such claim is waived unless filed within 180 days after the date of departure, and unless served on Adler Travel within 120 days after filing.
