John I would like to mention to you about one of your employees. Her name is Tammy Linsky. She was recommended to me from a few people who had dealings with her in the past. I travel a few times a year and have had a few travel agents who help me but none were as helpful as Tammy.

We're back from our trip and what a trip it was!!! I'm sure I don't have to tell you how magical Prague was because you've been there!! Our friends are asking us what it was like and we're telling them that it was beyond description. It's true! And Vienna was fabulous as well; combining the two cities was a great choice and an excellent idea. Thank you so much for your recommendations and your expert guidance as we planned this important anniversary trip. The hotels you picked for us in both cities couldn’t have been better, in terms of location, comfort and hospitality. The breakfasts were amazing, too! Also, you were absolutely right about using a guide in Prague; we would have missed so much if we explored it on our own. We did what you suggested - two half-days. Our guide was well beyond our expectations! She was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also lots of fun and quite energetic. The train trip to Vienna was very relaxing and we did some interesting sightseeing from our windows. And we were pleasantly surprised with regard to Czech Airlines. The flight both ways was both smooth and on time, if you can believe it. On time! And the staff was readily available and very friendly. We usually dread the getting there and getting back part of travel, but this was altogether different. By the way, we took your advice and used the limo service you recommended. As a result of our experience, we will never go to and from airports any other way. It was seamless!
John, we can't thank you enough for all your help, patience and, most of all, your sage advice as you assisted us with planning this memorable adventure. We are eternally grateful to you and look forward to working with you again. We're already talking about where we want to go next year. Any ideas?
